Once your sample is collected:

• Seal the bag completely
• Keep the labeled bag in a dry, cool place
• Store your notes or sampling form separately
• Ship to a qualified lab that performs MSqPCR testing for ERMI, HERTSMI-2, or Fungi 10

Follow the lab’s specific shipping instructions—some may include a chain-of-custody form or require delivery within a certain timeframe.
