Recognizing Symptoms of EMF Sensitivity

Some people appear to be more sensitive to EMFs than others. This condition is sometimes referred to as electromagnetic hypersensitivity (EHS), although it is not officially recognized as a medical diagnosis in most countries.

Common symptoms that sensitive individuals report include:

  • Headaches
  • Sleep disturbances
  • Fatigue
  • Difficulty concentrating (“brain fog”)
  • Dizziness
  • Skin tingling or burning sensations

Symptoms can vary widely from person to person. They may also overlap with symptoms of other conditions, making it important to consider EMFs as one possible factor among many.
