What the Science Says About EMFs

Research on the health effects of electromagnetic fields (EMFs) is ongoing. Some studies suggest a possible link between long-term, high-level EMF exposure and certain health issues. However, not all scientists agree, and more research is needed to fully understand these relationships.

Most major health agencies, including the World Health Organization (WHO), recognize that EMFs at typical exposure levels found in homes are considered low-risk. Still, they also acknowledge that sensitive individuals may experience symptoms even at these lower levels.

Rather than focusing on fear, it makes sense to focus on reducing unnecessary exposure whenever possible, especially in spaces where your body needs to heal and recover, like bedrooms and resting areas.
