Watch for Symptoms and Reactions
Even items that passed your triage process and were thoroughly cleaned can still cause problems if your body isn’t ready.
As you reintroduce each batch of items:
• Observe how you feel—within minutes, hours, and days.
• If symptoms return (fatigue, brain fog, skin issues, mood changes, etc.), remove the item immediately and ventilate the space.
• Store questionable items in sealed bins outside the main living area for future evaluation.
📋 Tip: Keep a simple reintroduction journal. Jot down what you added and how you felt after, so you can track patterns over time.
Sometimes a “clean” item may just need more time—or another round of cleaning—before your body can tolerate it again.
